Custom Design FAQs
Q: What are the benefits of going the Custom Design route?
A: Your influence is really limitless when it comes to the design of your wedding/event florals in the custom option. From our meeting, inspiration photo exchange and other communications, I work closely with you to hone in on your dreams and transform it into a floral atmosphere that seeks to honour your vision, needs and budget. From small posey ceremony pew ties to large suspended floral installations, your floral journey is an adventure that I am excited to join you on!
Q: Is there a minimum order amount for a Custom Design?
A: Yes, I do have a minimum investment amount of $2500 for non-micro (meaning more than 75 guests) custom weddings/events. That said, occasionally exceptions can be made so to find out if your order qualifies please send me a message.
Q: How much is the Delivery & Set Up?
A: For weddings and events that fall within my standard GTA service area, and do not require complex multi-designer/assistant setups, the delivery and setup fee is approximately 10% of the pre-tax value of the estimate. Orders requiring further travel, and or, more complex and lengthy setups like arbours, archways, hanging installations etc., we are looking at 12-18% of the pre-tax value.
Q: How should I prepare for my consultation?
A: Don't over-think it; if you have a scrapbook/Pinterest board/powerpoint ready to go, wonderful -bring it along. If not, don't worry; together we can map that out a vision for the big day in our meeting. That said, to help move the meeting along there are a couple things that I would encourage you think about in advance:
