Full Service PROCESS

01. GET ACQUAINTED
After submitting our brief questionnaire we e-meet for a 40 minute complimentary consultation (via video chat) to discuss your floral dreams, needs and budget.

02. RESEARCH & DESIGN
We research, design and prepare a detailed estimate for your consideration, as well as prepare a coordinating vision-board that helps inform the descriptions provided in the estimate.

03. REVIEW
You have an opportunity to review the estimate and request revisions if desired.

04. CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
To officially book your date a 50% first payment is required along with the mutual signing our service agreement.

05. FINAL STEP
A little over a month before the big day we reach out to
confirm the order and delivery logistics, and request final payment in advance of delivery.

Frequently Asked QUESTIONS

A common question we get asked is what is the difference between our FULL SERVICE and A LA CARTE wedding offerings. In short, FULL SERVICE is exactly that, we are with you every step of the way leading up to and on the big day. Our team will ensure very component is on time, in place, polished and ready for it’s botanical debut. The A LA CARTE option is designed for couples that still want bodacious blooms but are looking to save money and time by skipping the custom floral planning process and keeping the designs simple. For these orders local delivery and basic setup is available, as is a free pick up option.

  • We do have a minimum investment amount of $4500 (before tax) for full service weddings/events requiring complex setups and/or floral installations. For a la carte orders our minimum is $650 (before tax).

  • For weddings and events that fall within our standard GTHA service area, and do not require complex multi-designer/assistant setups, the delivery and setup fee is approximately 15% of the pre-tax value of the estimate. Orders requiring further travel, and or, more complex and lengthy setups (ex. arbours, archways, hanging installations etc.) average fees are 20-25% of the pre-tax value.

  • Upon signing our digital service agreement to save your date, a first payment of 50% of the order total is required. The outstanding payment will be due no later than 4 weeks prior to the event.

  • Absolutely! Unless otherwise stated in writing in our agreement, all centrepiece vases, votives, candles, and fresh florals of course, get to go home with you and your guests after the wedding.

  • Don't over-think it; together we can begin to map that out a vision for the big day in our meeting. That said, to help move the meeting along consider in advance:

    What is your colour scheme?

    Does your event have a theme?

    What are your numbers likely going to be (guest, wedding party, centrepieces etc.)?

    Have you thought about a budget or price range you're comfortable with?

  • The Paisley Rose operates out of our private home studio in Mississauga, Ontario.

    We are happy to travel anywhere throughout the GTHA including Niagara-on-the-Lake and Muskoka!
