Full Service & Micro Nuptial PROCESSES
01. GET ACQUAINTED
After submitting our brief questionnaire we e-meet for a 40 minute complimentary consultation (via video chat) to discuss your floral dreams, needs and budget.
02. PRICING PROJECTION
We review the vision, needs and numbers discussed in the consultation and send you a projected pricing window for approval before moving forward.
03. RESEARCH & DESIGN
We research, design and prepare a detailed estimate for your consideration, as well as prepare a coordinating vision-board that helps inform the descriptions provided in the estimate.
04. REVIEW
You have an opportunity to review the estimate and make revisions if desired.
05. CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
To officially book your date a 50% first payment is required along with the mutual signing our service agreement.
06. FINAL STEP
A little over a month before the big day we reach out to confirm the order and day of logistics, and request final payment in advance of delivery.

02. CRUISE & CLICK
At your leisure you can navigate this self-directed file which will automatically produce for you a detailed estimate for your consideration.
04. CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
To officially book your date a 50% first payment is required along with the mutual signing our service agreement.

Frequently Asked QUESTIONS
A common question we get asked is what is the difference between our FULL SERVICE, MICRO and K.I.S.S. wedding offerings.
In short, FULL SERVICE is exactly that, we are with you every step of the way leading up to and on the big day. Our team will ensure very component is on time, in place, polished and ready for it’s botanical debut. Delivery, installation, flip and tear down services are standard with this option.
For us, MICRO NUPTIALS are defined as an intimate celebration with a smaller guest list, typically under 80 people. With fewer guests, couples can enjoy on higher-end floral services, and therefore have access to our full service offerings on a smaller budget.
The K.I.S.S. SERVICES offering is designed for couples that still want bodacious blooms but are looking to save time and money by skipping the custom floral planning process and keeping the designs simple. In one step using our build-your-own wedding proposal template you are able to cruise through our design options, make your selections and book! For these orders local delivery and basic setup is available, as is a free pick up option.

We do have a minimum investment amount of $5000 (before tax) for full service weddings/events requiring complex setups and/or floral installations. For Micro nuptials its $3500 (before tax) and for K.I.S.S. service orders our minimum is $900 (before tax).

For full service weddings and events that fall within our standard GTA & GTHA service area, and do not require complex multi-designer/assistant setups, the delivery and setup fee is approximately 15% of the pre-tax total. F.S. orders requiring further travel, and or, more complex and lengthy setups (ex. arbours, archways, hanging installations etc.) average fees are 20-25% of the pre-tax value.
For K.I.S.S. weddings that fall within our standard GTA/GTHA service area the delivery and setup fee is set at a fixed rate determined at the proposal stage.

Upon signing our digital service agreement to save your date, a first payment of 50% of the order total is required. The outstanding payment will be due no later than 4 weeks prior to the event.

Absolutely! Unless otherwise stated in writing in our agreement, all centrepiece vases, votives, candles, and fresh florals of course, get to go home with you and your guests after the wedding.

The Paisley Rose operates out of our private home studio in Mississauga, Ontario.
We are happy to travel anywhere throughout the GTA and GTHA including Niagara-on-the-Lake and Muskoka!
